By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your business operations in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected). Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We perform regular backups of your business data. In the event of subscription cancellation or non-payment, your data will be retained for 30 days, during which you may request an export. After this period, data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, or use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the platform remain the property of us or our licensors and are protected by law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
